What information required in the certificate of signature?

Continuing from the previous article about the certificate of signature.

It needs to include the information ‘name, address, nationality, birth day and own signature’ of new Director.

Legal Bureau requires its hard copy.

If you have a certificate of signature excluding your address, your address needs to be added on it or copy of ID certifying your address such as driver’s license will be needed with addition to the certificate of signature.

Such copy of ID needs also to include the sentence e.g. ”I hereby certify that the copy is identical to the original certificate of my driver’s license.”; and your name and signature.
